Central Clinic Behavioral Health Receives $454,627 to Strengthen Addiction Treatment, Recovery, and Reentry Supports in Hamilton County
Central Clinic Behavioral Health has been approved for $454,627 in grant funding from the OneOhio Recovery Foundation to supports its efforts to address substance use disorders and strengthen prevention, treatment, recovery, and community resilience initiatives, President and CEO Kimberly Mages, PhD, LPCC-S, announced today. Central Clinic Behavioral Health looks forward to finalizing the grant agreement and putting the funds to work in the community.
The OneOhio Recovery Foundation grant will fund reentry-focused staff, evidence-based assessment and treatment, and immediate stabilization services to help individuals successfully transition back into the community.
“This funding will connect court-involved individuals with timely, evidence-based behavioral health treatment and practical reentry supports – essential resources that promote stability, improve long-term outcomes, and reduce the likelihood of future justice-system involvement,” Mages said.
The award is part of the OneOhio Recovery Foundation’s second round of regional grants, which will distribute $45.7 million to strengthen addiction prevention, treatment, recovery, and community resilience across Ohio. The funding comes from Ohio’s share of settlements with the pharmaceutical industry related to the national opioid epidemic.
The grant reflects the OneOhio Recovery Foundation’s commitment to organizations addressing substance use disorder on the front lines. By investing in community-driven prevention, treatment, and recovery efforts, the Foundation is helping build healthier, more resilient communities across Ohio.

The Foundation is governed by a 29-member board representing communities across Ohio and is funded by 55 percent of the settlement funds Ohio receives from the pharmaceutical industry related to the national opioid epidemic.
