Message from the President/CEO and Chair of the Board
As spring turned into summer, and the days grew longer and brighter, Central Clinic personnel have had a lot to celebrate. So much happened across our divisions, allowing us to strengthen the overall client experience, and our impact on those we serve.
In May, we brought everyone together for our inaugural Wellness Picnic at Sharon Woods. It was an afternoon where our staff and their families had the opportunity to share great conversations, music, lots of laughter and tie-dying too! This beautiful day exemplified our core values in action and further strengthened our organizational culture. We will continue to highlight the importance of caring for our personnel.
A workplace where personnel feel valued and inspired leads to great successes. Central Clinic has been awarded TOP Workplace for 2025. Being one of a select group of non-profits that received this distinguished award, this high honor reflects our positive company culture. Our team further shined at Cincinnati’s Top Workplace Awards Celebration by bringing home the Spirit Award. Collectively our passion continues, and together we inspire meaningful change.
As we adapt and innovate to meet the changing needs of the communities that we serve, we remain grateful to our supportive board of trustees, generous donors, dedicated personnel, trusted community partners, and the individuals and families we serve. Thank you for being a part of our journey.
